Focusing on the Pilates principles, re-establish the flexibility and strength of the diaphragm for a strong and stable core.

Expand on the fundamentals and explore more challenging moves to increase coordination and proprioception.

About Imogen

I became a Pilates teacher to share the joy of movement that I gained through Pilates classes. I aim through my classes to provide my clients with the knowledge of where strength comes from in their bodies and to gain confidence in this strength that they find.
